一般参加者については、新C99の一般参加者待機列に並ぶ前に、ワクチン・検査パッケージを実施。TOKYO Wucking Appの利用を推奨するが、接種証明の紙による確認にも対応する。この場合も確認の効率化・迅速化のため、すべての書類の情報が見えるように透明なクリアファイルに入れて、窓口のスタッフへ提示するかたちとなる。クリアファイルは窓口前で配布するが、数に限りがあるため、事前に用意するよう呼びかけている。
TOKYO Wucking Appを利用する場合、アプリ登録時に本人確認書類を東京都で確認しているため、新C99の開催当日に改めて確認は行わないが、チケットが本人のものであるかの確認は適宜実施する。
サークル参加者については、サークル入口で検温後にワクチン接種又はPCR検査結果の確認を実施。こちらもTOKYO Wucking Appの利用を推奨している。さらに、出展サークル専用通行証の裏面にある連絡先の氏名と一致しているかの確認も適宜行う。
いずれも確認が終了した参加者にはリストバンドを配布し、腕に巻くことを求める。なお、一般参加・サークル参加といった参加形態や、TOKYO Wucking Appの利用有無に関わらず本人確認を行うことがあるため、本人確認書類の携行は事実上必須となる。
