Rakuten and Rakuten Mobile announced on February 4th that they will open a limited-time "Ogaimono Panda Shop" that sells original goods of their official characters.
The location is Rakuten Mobile Futako Tamagawa (1-14-1 Tamagawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo Futako Tamagawa Rise Shopping Center Terrace Market E2020). The period is from March 1st to May 31st, and the business hours are from 10:00 to 20:00.
Shopping Panda is Rakuten's official character. As of January 2022, it has become a popular character with more than 53 million registered LINE official accounts.
The interior of the limited-time shop is based on the image of Futako-Tamagawa, the location of the store and Rakuten's headquarters, and depicts a shopping panda lying on the riverbed. We will prepare a lot of limited goods with one-point designs that are easy to use everyday.
More than 50 types of original goods will be sold, and the lineup will be released sequentially on the special site. Items announced as of February 4th are Bruno's "Compact Hot Plate", L.L.Bean's "Boat and Tote", and Maruman's "Croqui Book". It seems that many practical items in collaboration with famous brands will appear.
In addition, Rakuten Mobile is currently running a shop-limited shopping panda goods gift campaign. If you sign up for Rakuten UN-LIMIT VI at the store, you can choose one of the character design calendars, key chains, and disinfecting gel. It has been implemented since December 2021, and the end date is undecided.
