Wi-Fi STATION HW-01LHW-01L is the first DoCoMo terminal to support 5-wave carrier aggregation (CA) in downlink communication. Communication is possible at a maximum of 1288 Mbps in some areas of Higashi-Meihan (Kanto / Koshinetsu, Tokai, Kansai) and at a maximum of 1038 Mbps in other areas.
The HW-01L can also apply CA to uplink communication, and can communicate at a maximum of 131.3 Mbps in some areas of the Tomei-Osaka area and up to 112.5 Mbps in other areas.

The wireless LAN part is compatible with IEEE 802.11ac / a / b / g / n (2.4GHz band / 5GHz band). It also supports USB tethering, which allows you to enjoy high-speed communication without waste. The external connection terminal is USB Type-C, and a cradle (docking station) corresponding to the terminal is also attached. Since the cradle has a 1000BASE-T (Gigabit Ethernet) terminal, it can also be used as a Wi-Fi router for a fixed Internet line at home.
