When lending to a photography, the inspection of various parts and the replacement of oil and filter can be carried out after photography. And, in order for you to run well, if there is a problem with your foot, it will be repaired. If the repair cost is too high, it should be discussed, but the basic cost should be assured to the other party! There is no reason to refuse.

 Maintenance is carried out automatically with the usual sky. In addition to regular maintenance and the same inspection, they were also asked to carry out a radiator pressure test and a tire pressure check. The items to be checked regularly are as follows.

 If you pass the inspection smoothly, the next step is to change the oil. The brake of Hanwei is a hydraulic disc brake, so we should start with the brake fluid first.

 Although it is oil, but suddenly say what is Fuld? You might think that oil refers to lubricating oil, such as engine oil, which is used to improve sliding, and fluid is hydraulic oil that works hydraulically. Brake fluid is also called brake oil, and I am called brake oil in order to distinguish it from lubricating oil.

 By the way, Hanwei brakes are a little different. Ordinary cars can see CDs as long as they remove the tires and wheels, but there is nothing there. In addition, the installation position of the drive shaft that rotates the tire has also changed, shifting upward from the middle.

When the wheel is removed, there is usually a brake disc, but Hanwei does not.

The one with bellows boots is the drive shaft. Its top is higher than the middle of the wheel.

 This deviation is a mechanism called hub deceleration, in which the lifting drive shaft and the wheel are connected by gears. Compared to usual, the upper part of the shaft can lift the car body to earn the lowest height off the ground, and change the gear ratio from 1:1 to achieve deceleration and torque increase in this part.

 It is suitable for cars with off-road use as the premise, such as Hanwei. The problem here is where the brakes are installed. The hub deceleration gearbox will cause interference and there is no room to install the brake. To say how to solve the problem, it turned out to be in the place of the differential in the central part of the car body.

 If you can't stick it on the side, why don't you just put it in the middle? This is known as the on-board brake, which improves handling and uses large disc brakes with high cooling efficiency, which has been used in F1 before, but it is completely smaller because of its complex structure, poor maintainability and high cost.

 The mechanism of the brake is exactly the same as that of the ordinary disc brake. when the brake pedal is pressed, the piston will move because of the oil pressure, and the brake pad is pressed on the disc brake rotating with the drive shaft.

Disc brakes and calipers of the brakes can be seen on both sides of the differential in the center of the car body. The mechanism is an ordinary disc brake.

 Brake fluid is manually specified as Brake Fluid Silicone (BFS). This is the meaning of brake fluid whose main ingredient is silicon, as is the case with DOT5 according to American specifications. DOT now has 3, 4, 5. 1, 5 and 5. The main ingredient of brake fluid other than DOT5 is ethylene glycol. Due to the mixing and separation of silicon and ethanol, the sealing class will be damaged, so Han Uygur can not use substances other than DOT5.

 The higher the DOT number, the higher the boiling point, and the hotter the brake, the harder it is to boil. After boiling and gasification, bubbles will be produced in the pipeline. no matter how you brake, the bubbles will only be compressed, the pressure will not be transferred, and the brakes will not work. It is difficult for DOT5 to have such trouble, but because of this special component of silicon, it is only used in some racing cars and military vehicles. But diol systems that can remove DOT5 have also been developed. In order not to mix them, they are called DOT5.1.

 When changing the brake fluid, as with boiling, if the bubble enters, the brake will not work. Therefore, an operation called exhaust needs to be carried out during replacement.

 Because I haven't done the exchange myself, I can't say the exact words, but basically I pull out the old one from the brakes and add the new one from the fuel tank. It is said that there are special exhaust tools that use air compressors to suck out fluid under negative pressure.
