Lenovo 12.6-inch OLED tablet that doubles as an external monitor – keyboard and pen included

On January 25, Lenovo Japan announced the Android tablet "Lenovo Tab P12 Pro" equipped with a 12.6-inch OLED display. It will be released on January 28th at the Lenovo online store. The price is around 130,000 yen.

Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is an Android tablet equipped with a 2,560 x 1,600 dot 12.6-inch OLED display. The display has a maximum brightness of 600nit and also supports Dolby Vision and HDR+. In addition, the sound is equipped with two JBL speakers on each side (short side). It also supports Dolby Atmos.

The package includes a keyboard, a stand cover, and a digital pen "Lenovo Precision Pen 3". The keyboard is thin, has a touchpad, and connects to the main unit with pogo pins. The Lenovo Precision Pen 3 has 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and tilt detection, and can be attached to the main unit with a magnet.

The OS is Android 11. The processor is Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 with 8GB memory and 256GB storage. The battery capacity is 10,200mAh and the driving time is about 14 hours.

The wired interface is equipped with a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C port and has audio output and DisplayPort 1.4 output functions. It also supports wireless display (Wi-Fi Display), and can be used as an external display for a PC by wirelessly connecting it to a PC.

The body size is W285.61 x D184.53 x H5.63mm, and the weight is about 565g (body only). The color is storm gray. The communication function is IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax compliant wireless LAN and Bluetooth 5.2. It also has a microSD slot (up to 1TB compatible).
